Garal (AKA Dural) — ALIVE / IN CUSTODY — Female, Klingon — Garal had multiple warrents for her arrest throughout both Klingon and Federation circles. All charges relate to terrorism, sabatage, and treason against the Klingon Empire. She is suspected of being a member of the House of Duras, a Romulan collaborator, and possibly a member of the Maquis. She was taken into custody on SD08.0422 by the USS Horizon after she beamed aboard, detonated a photon torpedo in its tube, and isolated herself within the Colonization Pod. She was returned to SB Omega. [3]

T'Solon — ALIVE / ESCAPED — Female, Vulcan — T'Solon's last known location was fleeing the USS OLYMPUS-MONS after explosive devices she had placed throughout the ship were discovered and eventually traced back to her. Because she was forced to abandon OLYMPUS before she had planned to, her escape was far messier than she had hoped and resulted in the deaths of several of the crew. The shuttle in which she disappeared was tagged with a 'Leech' virus which would monitor her communications and report her whereabouts via apparent comm channel static. Only LtCmdr Kallesin n' Galeda can decipher the static reports from the virus, making him the only current lead for anyone attempting to apprehend her. [4]

Vinyard, Col. — ALIVE / SUSPICIOUS PERSON — Male, Human — Colonel Vinyard's last known location was on CC5 in the Metrall Sector for what was declared to be a 'Weapon's Show.' He was to demo a new weapon as certain unnamed other governments were interested in purchasing it. The USS Hermes dropped him at this location while enroute to the E'ertu Sector. He is suspected to be a trained mercenary/assassin, but there has never been enough evidence to charge or convict him. [2]
